OUR APPROACH TO EDUCATION

Every Learner Deserves to Be Understood

No two learners are exactly alike. Each has their own strengths, challenges and ways of engaging with information.

At The Button Foundation, we take the time to understand how each learner learns best. Through assessment, discussion and observation, we work to identify their individual learning preferences and use this understanding to guide their educational journey.

Our goal is to create an environment where learners feel understood, develop confidence in their abilities and discover that they are capable of achieving more than they may have thought possible.

HOW WE MAKE LEARNING PERSONAL

See It. Hear It. Do It.

We recognise that learners engage with information in different ways. That’s why our approach incorporates visual, auditory and hands-on learning methods to help learners understand and apply what they are taught.

Whether explaining a concept, demonstrating a solution or allowing a learner to work through a problem independently, we adapt our teaching approach to support understanding and encourage progress.

We also help learners develop the skills to recognise what works best for them, so they can become more confident and independent in their learning.

The Button Foundation in Numbers

Behind every number is a story of learning, growth and dedication. From the graduates who have moved forward to the years we’ve spent supporting learners, there’s always room for progress, passion and a little coffee!
